Domestic & international shipping

We offer delivery and setup to our local area (about a 40-mile radius around Piqua) Being a small family-owned business with one location shipping long distances is nearly impossible. In these cases, freight costs for heavy furniture cost more than the furniture itself! However, mattresses in a box can easily be shipped directly to your home.

We do charge a delivery fee based on your location. $50 for local drop off or $99 for a local white glove delivery and setup. These prices vary depending on distance and setup time. Our goal is a $0 profit delivery, just simply as a service to our customers!

returns & exchanges

We offer a 6-week sleep exchange on mattresses with a purchase of a protective cover, aside from that we do not offer exchanges and returns on furniture. Excluding damaged or faulty goods.

Customers are expected to measure their homes’ to make sure all purchased furniture fits as expected. Items that don’t fit or might not look as you expected can always be exchanged in an approved period of time.

Any/All special orders are not subject to returns or refunds unless a manager has approved before ordering.

Any refunds subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of product handling, credit card processing fees, and the pre-paid cost of the furniture from the factory. || We truly hate to charge these fees, which is why we offer a 100% in store credit if you re-select. As a small family-owned business, we simply cannot afford to purchase and stock excess furniture, with added fees from credit card processing. We will ALWAYS work with you to come up with the best possible solution for you as a customer and us as a business. Our customers and reputation come first, but losing money is no way to keep our doors open.

damaged or faulty goods

All furniture comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, our in-house service team will handle all warranty issues to make sure we keep our customers happy! The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by the customer. See our extended warranty to protect you from any damage caused. Our labor costs are not covered under warranty past the first 12 months of an item’s warranty. Please keep in mind there may be a service fee of $50 or more depending on the problem. We make sure that we make no profit on our services but we must make sure that we cover the costs of repair.

Items not covered under warranty

As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on our quality and customer support. On those occasions where an item is out of it’s manufacturer’s warranty, or not covered, we will do everything we can to make the process as painless as possible. Often times, our labor costs are not covered past the first 12 months of an item’s factory warranty. There may be a service fee to provide repairs, but often times we can do repairs for little to no additional cost. We care deeply about your satisfaction and our reputation, we know without our customers we are nothing. We will go above and beyond to make sure that we do everything in our power to solve any problem you may have, all we ask for in return is patience and understanding.
