At Sleep City/ The Furniture Store , we take pride in offering high-quality furniture and mattresses that are built to last. To give you peace of mind, we back our products with a comprehensive warranty. Please read the details below to understand what is covered, what isn’t, and how to make a claim.
Furniture Warranty
Coverage:
Structural defects in materials and workmanship for 1 Year.
Frame, joints, and springs (for upholstered furniture) are covered.
Cushions and padding are covered against premature sagging or loss of support.
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear (including fabric fading or minor scratches).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or improper cleaning.
Covers do not include stains, tears, or damages from moving the furniture improperly.
Claim Process:
Contact our store with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess the warranty claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or resolution.
Warranty resolution will be at our discretion and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Please Note: We will need Pictures of damage as well the serial tag . Should be located on the back or bottom of wood products or under the cushion or foot rest of Upholstered items. Without this we cannot Guarantee your warranty will be covered if inside 1 year warranty frame but we will try out best !
Mattress Warranty
Coverage:
Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from 1 to 20 Years depending on Brand and Mattress
Indentations greater than 1.5 inches, or manufacturer’s spec are covered.
Coverage includes broken or bent coils, stitching defects, and foam separation.
Exclusions:
Normal wear, including minor impressions, body impressions under the threshold, or softening over time.
Damage caused by improper foundation, bed frame, or misuse.
Stains, burns, pet damage, or other accidental damages are not covered.
Claim Process:
Contact our store with proof of purchase and photos of the mattress issue.
Our team will review the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or credit.
Warranty resolution is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Please Note: We will require pictures of issue with mattress, foundation support, and bed frame support. As well as the law tag sewn into the top of the mattress. It is Very important you do not remove that tag as it is REQUIRED to have for a claim. Without - the manufactures will not accept a claim.
MFS Protection Plans
If you purchased our 5-Year Extended Protection Plan, follow these steps to manage your plan and file claims:
Create an account using the link below.
Enter your Protection Plan number (sent after delivery). If you don’t have it, call us — we keep all plans on file.
Report damage within 30 days of occurrence to avoid claim denial.
Once your account is ready, you can submit claims for any damaged items.
